A MID is your merchant identification number, connected to your processing account. Core includes one MID, Gold includes two, and Scale includes three with cascading. We will help you choose the right setup for your volume and business.
MID approval takes 24 to 48 hours. Bring your business details and ITIN or SSN to your account review so our team can guide you through onboarding.
With a cascading setup, subscriptions can move to a new MID for continuity. Scale includes three MIDs with cascading, giving your recurring payments another path.
Gold has a 5% transaction rate, with a 3.5% rate above $4 million in monthly processing volume. Your monthly retainer is $1,795. Yearly billing is one $15078 payment, saving 30% on the retainer.
Every plan includes MID setup, a custom CRM, Shopify integration, PCI compliant processing and required RDR setup. Yearly billing saves 30% on the retainer, paid as one annual amount. Processing and dispute fees remain separate.
Reserves are low and depend on your processing volume. Chargebacks are $15 to $20 based on volume. RDR and alerts are $15 each. Ethoca is $25 on Core and Gold, and $22 on Scale.
If your processing gets shut down with us, we pay you $10,000. Our team will walk you through the guarantee during your setup review.
We can introduce you to a partner bank and a dedicated representative. Eligible spend can earn 2.3% cashback. We will explain the banking introduction as part of your setup review.
